The Quran on Education
The importance of knowledge and learning is deeply rooted in our faith. We draw inspiration from verses like:
“Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists). He has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood). Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous. Who has taught (writing) by the pen. He has taught man that which he knew not.” (Quran 96:1-5) – Highlighting the power of seeking knowledge.
“Are those who have knowledge and those who have no knowledge alike? Only the men of understanding are mindful.” (Quran 39:9) – Emphasizing the value of understanding.
“And say: My Lord, increase me in knowledge.” (Quran 20:114) – Encouraging a continuous pursuit of learning.
“Allah will exalt in degree those of you who believe, and those who have been granted knowledge.” (Quran 58:11)
